At the Women in Energy Roundtable (in partnership with the DMRE), Ms. Khumo Ntlha had a conversation with the program director Ms. Setepane Mohale who is the Director General at the DMRE (Mining sector as they are in the process of merging) and they agreed that she will have a workshop for members on mining and opportunities available for women, for those with the interest to start and those that are already in mining.

Through our partnership with the DBSA and after a successful pilot event at the Women in Energy Roundtable in August, the DBSA has asked that we invite you to a workshop for financing needs of women in oil and energy. Please SAVE THE DATE, a formal invitation with the agenda will be sent out in due course. This is one of their gender mainstreaming sector debates with partners. The objective of the workshop is to have a very focused discussion about the financing needs of the sector and to find a niche for the DBSA.
