We hope this email finds you well As a valued member of WOESA NPC we would like to extend our warm invitation for you to attend our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The details are as follows:

 
Date: Friday, 6 March 2026
Time: 10:00 - 14:00
Location: WOESA Offices, Quadrum Office Park, Quadrum 4, 1st Floor, 50 Constantia
Boulevard, Constantia Kloof, 1709 (Online option is available)
 
Agenda:
  1. Opening remarks by the Chairman of the Board.
  2. Presentation of the company's annual report and financial statements.
  3. Election of Board of Directors.
  4. Q&A session with the management team.
  5. Any other business.
