Background
WOESA Energy (Pty) Ltd is a subsidiary of WOESA Investment Holdings Limited (WIH) in collaboration with six (6) key individual WOESA members. WIH is part of the WOESA Group of companies and has over 1,000 individual shareholders. The WOESA Group of companies has a national footprint and includes WOESA Section 21, an association of 300 women owned member companies.
WOESA Energy provides turnkey solutions to the power and energy sector and offers a platform for member companies to do business within these sectors. WOESA Energy is the only broad based black woman owned entity that mainly focuses on the Energy Sector.
